Building a new home? Here’s an upgrade that may be worth the investment.
Wall-mounted Garage Door Opener:
Once available only for commercial doors, residential models of Jackshaft-style Garage Door Openers can now be safely installed in your home. Rather than mounting on the ceiling with a long guide rail in the center of the garage, they mount on the front wall of the garage near the top of one side of the garage door. They are more reliable, require less adjustment, operate more quietly, and take up less space in your garage. Make sure you choose a manufacturer and installer with experience in installing these products.
