Childress and Cunningham is working on the schematic design phase for a new cultural hotspot in College Hill. A former shoe warehouse that occupies a prominent corner on Hamilton Avenue right on the neighborhood’s main strip will soon see life as a performance space uniting 3 community theater companies in one facility. Included in the program will be access to offices, rehearsal spaces, and a scene shop. An art gallery will grace the lobby welcoming visitors to this exciting new venue!
