The new student housing community at Stratford Avenue is nearly ready for its debut!

Just in time for the new school year, the 25 unit, five story facility designed by Childress and Cunningham Architects is getting its finishing touches.   Railings are appearing on the two expansive outdoor patios, the exterior siding is complete and the brick walls framing entrance and exit to the lower level parking are finished.

This school year will be an exciting time for some lucky students in the University of Cincinnati area to be the first to enjoy their beautiful new residences!
