As the concept for a new residential hillside development in Northern Kentucky took shape, C&C was a natural fit to design homes for these city view home sites.

Park Pointe is a new neighborhood composed of 74 luxury homes nestled along a ridge featuring sweeping views of downtown Cincinnati and Covington.
