Northeast Church of Christ's master plan includes sports fields, a sand volleyball court, children's playground, and an open-air amphitheater. Zoning issues abound, as a conditional use in a residential district. Great care has been taken to preserve a natural wooded buffer, and to create a tiered parking lot to minimize its impact to the site and residential neighbors. The project has an overall budget of $8 Million.
