The H. C. Nutting Company, a Cincinnati-based geotechnical, environmental, and materials-testing engineering firm, retained the design team led by Roger L. Kerlin, AIA to partner on a new design-build 37,000 s.f. facility on Lunken Park Drive. Included in the tilt-up concrete panel and glass block construction were offices, a geo-technical analysis lab, and engineering areas. A comprehensive file storage area and 6,300 s.f. drill shop for cylinder storage were also provided for all the operations, ranging from field services to engineering.
