This renovated 13,000 square foot warehouse building is the new home to Schawk Cincinnati, a global digital prepress and image management firm. Eleven foot ceilings and concrete columns with bell capitals are two authentic features of the old building enhanced to create a unique character within the work spaces. White cellulose insulation was applied to the existing concrete ceiling to hide unsightly imperfections, provide acoustical quality control, and maintain the loft-like appeal of the building's interior.
