The Owner and property manager of a local retail plaza hired Childress & Cunningham to design modifications to their existing plaza to accommodate a new anchor tenant. The new master plan involved the relocation of several tenants to other spaces in the plaza, and selective demolition of existing building area to make room for a new prototype building design. Childress & Cunningham worked with the local Planning Commission through a series of presentations and public hearings to gain approval of the plaza modifications and clear the way for the new tenant.
