Childress & Cunningham renovated the original country farm house. The design linked the small 1 1/2 story residence with an existing farm garage with the substantial two-story addition. Arched and oval windows were added to the existing structures to totally change the scale and character of the farm home. A great room, kitchen, breakfast nook, multiple bedrooms and baths were added as well as a stunning split-staircase leading to the multi-level second floor.
