Childress & Cunningham was selected due to their knowledge of heavy timber construction and design. Both the great room and master bedroom use cedar timber trusses to enliven the interior. The entry foyer opens up into a dramatic great room used for living, playing billiards and dining. The grandeur of the structural heavy timber trusses can be experienced from the kitchen and breakfast up to the second floor overlook.
