Childress & Cunningham, Inc. provided Architectural and Construction Management services to help Maple Knoll modernize their nursing care unit. Three floors were renovated, including patient rooms, lounges, dining rooms, nurses’ stations and other staff spaces. Childress & Cunningham executed an elaborate, phased construction schedule in order to allow Maple Knoll to maintain their nursing care operations. The design improves the privacy, security, and efficiency of staff spaces. The residential character of the facility is enhanced with resident-friendly details and finish materials with a warmer, bolder color palette.
