Transformation of Section Eight housing into market rate condominiums required creativity, imagination and a solid knowledge of building codes. Each unit was renovated to add laundry and state of the art kitchens featuring upgrades such as granite countertops and hardwood floors. Code issues were solved to minimize needless construction costs while emphasizing the large spacious high ceilings of the original turn of the century spaces.
