The “Georgetowne” is an upscale condominium project with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom plans that offer private balconies or patios and integral garages that are accessed through interior lobbies. The 8, 11 and 15 unit buildings were developed for a condominium neighborhood in Middletown, Ohio. These designs are now being used at sites in two other locations in the Tri-State area. The second floor units feature vaulted ceilings for enhanced market appeal. The buildings are articulated by balconies, gabled roof lines, and combinations of brick and clapboard siding materials to achieve individual identities of “home”.
