The City of Blue Ash, Ohio selected a team led by Roger L. Kerlin AIA to design a passive recreational area on undeveloped property and have its natural assets enhanced. Master planning studies were performed identifying features such as a ravine where a “water feature” and pedestrian bridge with a deck overlook could be incorporated.

Prevailing winds and solar access were studied to identify where fragrant and flowering plants could prosper along the paths.  Several signage kiosks, replete with colorful graphics and banners, direct visitors to these new features.
