This project includes the design of twelve unit condominiums and a clubhouse. Since the community has a large empty nester population, the clubhouse addresses their needs for more privacy and solitude. The clubhouse includes a large screen TV Room, Kitchen/Bar, Great Room, Cabana, Sauna, Weight Room and Locker Rooms. The design allows the TV Room and Great Room to be secure for reserved use while allowing other areas to be available for constant use by the residents. The clubhouse is designed for access by individuals with disabilities. Clerestories, skylights and lighting are used to develop a warm interior decor.
